Fight Inflammation by Eating Healthy Food

Inflammation promotes immunity. The immune system initiates this in the body to help fight with infections, stress, injuries, and food intolerances. As the body feels triggered with any such kind of problem, inflammatory cells are initiated.  In short, it is a healing and repair process that benefits the body when required.
However, not everything can be considered appropriate in this world of stress and tensions. Sometimes, inflammation doesn’t work in the right manner causing low-grade chronic irritation in the body. To fight inflammation eating right is essential .The truth is that some of us are not consuming anti-inflammatory products. Many things have been changed drastically in last few decades, the food we eat, the work life we have and most importantly, the amount of stress that has grown high.
The good news is that you can regain anti-inflammatory cells in your body. Let’s discuss some food items that can help you stay away from such inflammation:

Eat Veggies and Fruits

If your mother ever told you to eat veggies and fruits in your childhood, this was for your benefit. A study by University of Liverpool’ Institute of Ageing and Chronic Disease found that fruits and veggies that contain antioxidants polyphenols protect chronic diseases and inflammatory problem. Foods such as blueberries, spinach, raspberries, red onion, broccoli are rich in polyphenols. If you can make your lunch and dinner with half veggies included, it will be great.

Use Turmeric

Turmeric is a golden spice that has been a staple food in Indian cuisine. Moreover, it is also been used as Chinese healthy food and Ayurveda medicine hundreds of years ago. The modern science has found that turmeric has a source of a medicinal effect because it provides potential inflammatory benefit. Besides this, Science is exploring its use in different diseases like Alzheimer’s disease.

 

Drink Green Tea

To fight inflammation green tea is another good product that contains phytochemicals and preserve joints. Two cups a day are needed to see the benefits of green tea.

Consume Omega-3s Rich Food

Inflammation can be caused in the body by the imbalance consumption of omega3s and 6s rich foods. Western people often consume more of omega-6s rich food such as nuts, vegetable oils, and seeds. The good idea is to use omega-3s into your diet on regular basis. Food items that are good source of omega-3s include sardines, trout, walnuts, mackerel and walnuts. You can also use fish oil supplements that include omega-3s with a reputable brand.

Eat more healthy food like Mango   

Mangoes don’t just taste healthy and they are proven to be a powerful inflammatory fighter. A study says that this tropical fruit has sources of more than 20 vitamins and minerals, including vitamin C, vitamin A, vitamin B6, potassium and folate that help in reducing inflammation.

In this world, it is difficult to escape inflammation. But absolutely not impossible to find and take in healthy food more often. We humans are continuously juggling to maintain the balance of inflammatory biochemical assaults in our body. While the ordinary inflammation is good for the body, its acute form causes chronic inflammation, putting an undesirable impact on the body. It further causes problems including heart diseases, autoimmune illness, and diabetes – even cancer.
Many abundance sources of this problem are present in our environment. We are consuming of the sources on daily basis. Our thoughts, food, breathe and experience many things that affect our biochemistry in many forms. The trillion microorganisms living in our gastrointestinal that heal and hard our bodies are the outcomes of the lifestyle we choose. In addition to this, stress has the power to influence our health largely. What we consume and feel has a massive impact on our body. To fight inflammation, you need to maintain the balance of the cells that fight immunity.
