Quote: “It’s the small habits. How you spend your mornings. How you talk to yourself. What you read. What you watch. Who you share your energy with. Who has access to you. That will change your life.”
Small choices effortlessly become actions, actions become your new habits and then ultimately become our new way of life. Changing your habits, the things you do on a daily basis will ultimately change your life. Small steps work every time. They are easy to do and new habits are built by consistency. Repetition, is in actual fact the way you build muscle memory, brain memory.
If you want to change your life, you will have to change your small practical deeds. Small daily habits usually lead to long term change (or growth for that matter). You can’t form a habit if it doesn’t have a routine to stick to. So, you will need a routine. Something to remind you to repeat the small steps. Your success will be the sum of all of your small efforts, repeated day-in and day-out.
Your daily habits determine your future character and future capabilities. Ask yourself if what you are doing today will get you closer to where you want to be tomorrow. If not, start changing the small things you do.
