Are people having conversations with wild strangers anymore in this digital era? After watching this video I regained belief that it’s still possible to connect with anyone.
Kalina Silverman wanted to see what could happen if she approached strangers and skipped the small talk to have more meaningful conversations with them instead. It’s one thing to talk about it and another to prove it. She made a video documenting the experience. The stories she heard and the connections she made proved that there’s power in taking the time to stop and ask people to reflect on the questions that truly matter in life. Some people are reminded of really important things or people in their lives. Having deep conversations brings certain people back to a happy place and moment in their lives.
Since then, she has continued to work on expanding Big Talk into a movement that inspires and enables people to connect with one another on a deeper level.
