Being healthy isn’t as difficult as you think. You just need to develop healthy habits to adopt a healthier lifestyle. And being pregnant, or having young children or simply being alive gives you even more reasons than ever to be more healthy.
1. Drink More Water
Let me ask you this: could you go from 10:00 AM until 6:00 PM without drinking anything? No coffee, no water, no nothing. Stop lying, no you can’t. It doesn’t feel right. That’s a full 8 hours without water. Well, you do that more often than you think actually.
When you sleep a full 8 hours at night and wake up, the first thing you should do is drink water. That’s what I do. I drink at least 2 full glasses of water to start my day. Next time you wake up, number one priority: a glass of water.
2. Move or (exercise) More Often
You brush your teeth every day, right? Well I assume you do. Exercising daily is equally important. Don’t get me wrong; don’t feel like you have to become an athlete by tomorrow.
Start simple and slow. Get at least 15 to 30 minutes of exercise every day. There’s plenty of options: walking, jogging, biking, fitness, swimming, etc. If you take the time, you could come up with many other ideas. But certainly don’t feel like you have to be an athlete. That would be a mistake. In order to run like Usain Bolt, you’d need to work your way up and challenge yourself every day. So start slow.
Walking is great exercise. Get 10 minutes here and there during the day. Just make sure you move!
3. Eat Better (healthier) Food

You got the point. The things you could do to clear your mind are actually quite simple:
- Write it down on a piece of paper
- Take a nap
- Watch something funny
