The Lessons You Learn When You Hit Rock Bottom Hit Different

Failure is the opportunity to begin again, this time more inteligently. That’s what Henry Ford said.

Hitting rock bottom is an opportunity to review some of the mistakes you’ve made. It’s an opportunity to start over and look forward to rebuild yourself.

When you’ve reached the bottom you feel like you’re lost and feel like there’s no way back. It’s an aweful feeling. And if you don’t feel that way it means you’re not at the bottom yet.

However the universe can work its wonders and it is not always over at the exact moment when you think it is.

It’s only over when your back is against the wall and there’s nothing left.

But even then, it’s still not over.

Because that’s when you get to start over. That’s when you get to grow.

Growth happens when you get really uncomfortable. You know, when you’re working out, your muscles start growing and evolving from the moment it start hurting.

Pain is a reminder to let you know: we’re about to get uncomfortable, but at the same time, we’re about to grow and become better.

Quote: “hitting rock bottom can teach you lessons that the mountain top never will.”

This is one of the most important life lessons to remember when you’re having a bad day, a bad month, or a bad year.

Things will change: everything is subject to change. You won’t feel this way for ever, and you won’t be like this forever.

Sometimes the hardest lessons to learn are the ones you actually need the most. Like, what you really need on a soul level.

Those kind of lessons hit different.

You can’t feel real joy unless you’ve felt some sort of heartache.

You can’t have any sense of victory unless you know what it means to fail multiple times. That’s part of the victory process.

So, you can’t be born again until you’ve hit rock bottom.

Hitting rock bottom does not necessarily mean the end or that you’ve failed.

At the point where you feel your weakest, things can flip around and change for the better.

You can go from rock bottom to rock star, real quick. Because when you can only go uphill, you have nothing to lose. That type of energy and hype hits different.

But, have some faith, in yourself.
